Children's Complex Care Services

Through our Children’s home care services, we aim to positively impact and influence children's physical and emotional health, growth, and development and their capacity to reach their full potential as adults.

Adult Complex Care Services

Palliative And End of Life Care Services

Palliative care can bring comfort, independence and security to those who are living with an incurable illness or complex medical condition.

Our team of specialised End-of-life care staff can help those with a terminal diagnosis approach death with dignity and comfort.

How can a palliative/end-of-life carer help?

Mental Health and Learning Disability Services

We offer domiciliary care and support to those living with Learning Disabilities or long and short term Mental Health issues.

We offer a bespoke, client-centred support services for children, Young people and Adults with the following conditions:

• Anxiety disorder
• Severe communication difficulties
• Autism
• Asperger’s
• Learning Disabilities leading to behaviour challenges
• Global Developmental Delay

Adult Domiciliary Support Services

We offer domiciliary care and support to those living with Learning Disabilities or long and short term Mental Health issues.

• Managing money, paying bills and working to a budget
• Understanding the rights and responsibilities of a tenancy agreement
• Sitting with or accompanying to appointments/outings
• Assisting or prompting medication
• Food and nutrition requirements. I.e; Ensuring compliance with dietary needs e.g. diabetes and Supervising or helping with eating and drinking
• Signposting to other support agencies
• Access training, education, and work
• Support with accessing leisure activities
• Accessing primary health care services such as GP’s and dentist
• Support in order to have more involvement and control with own lives
• Help with household tasks

Night Support Services

We offer care and support services delivered through the night to individuals who live alone and have specific short-term requirements or when the primary Carer is in need of a break.

Sleeping Nights:

A member of our support staff is allocated to your home for the night and sleeps within your home. They will be available to support with your needs as and when required and provide peace of mind that your requirements over night are met safely.

For Sleepover services an adequate area will need to be provided for the visiting member of staff to sleep.

Waking Nights:

A member of our support staff is allocated to your home for the night and remains awake to assist with your needs as and when required and provide peace of mind that your requirements are met safely.


Our staff are trained to the highest standards via our in-house trainers to promote evidence based practice and maintain uniformity in the theoretical and practical knowledge and skills dispensed to all our carers and nurses.


Practice development nurses also provide bespoke 1-2-1 support for staff on complex packages. Prior to a set up of a package, staff are certificated to ensure you receive the best care available.
